artsy fartsy chick... compulsive creator of many art forms (though largely self-schooled)... graduate of Jill Badonsky's Kaizen-Muse Creativity Coaching program, and trained by Seena Frost as a SoulCollage® facilitator... intrepid adventuress, ever-delving into life's mysteries
The philosophy behind this coaching model was developed by Jill Badonsky (author of Nine Modern Day Muses and a Bodyguard: 10 Guides to Creative Inspiration for Artists, Poets, Lovers, and Other Mortals Wanting to Live a Dazzling Existence) and Dr. Robert Mauer (One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way), and can be perused at http://www.kaizenmuse.com.
Most of the coaching is done over the phone (though it can be done in person for local clients), and follow up is done via email after each session. The concept is to take small steps to reduce overwhelm and other common impediments which occur during the creative process, so that there is forward movement with creative endeavors. It is gentle and nurturing, and enlists the client's inherent intuition as an active part of the coaching process. Introductory (approximately 15 minute) sessions are done prior to getting started in earnest, and these sessions are complimentary.
